Describe about the picture in puzzle

My name is Rima Miranti Putri and i want to share about what we think about the picture in the puzzle. Our group think that the picture tell us about war situation that there was a lady holding some flower infront of the army that mean peace or she want the conciliation. Intenational organizatiom that can solve this problem is United Nations. United Nations can make the conflict solve by make agreement for the country, or United Nations can make cooperation in economy, or social to make conciliation to the world.
